Don’t miss the next webinar!
In brief:
Have you ever gasped when you realised how much time has passed since you last messaged a prospect? Then it might be time for you to consider a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.
In this Feast and Ration webinar, we looked at all things pipeline management. What is a CRM, why do you need one and how do you use one to effectively move your business forward?
We can’t look at CRM’s without looking at pipelines.
A pipeline, in basic terms, is a queue of incoming opportunities for your business. A pipeline is meant to show you your leads, prospects, who you’re talking to, what money is on the table and even forecast when you’ll win work.
A pipeline is often described as a sales funnel. But instead of looking at the pipeline as a funnel shape; we instead looked at the pipeline through the same lens as panning for gold. Each conversation can lead to an opportunity, and the more conversations you have, the bigger your chances are for landing gold.
When you’re adding more and more opportunities to your pipeline, the need for a good CRM increases significantly. Time gets on and things get forgotten, and it’s much harder when you’re working manually and have nothing to help you keep track.
We look at a few CRM’s in this webinar, including one that Julia Blake, our guest CRM expert recommends: Capsule CRM.
Capsule is a great beginner CRM tool not only for the price, but the capabilities it gives and the way it integrates with Transpond, an email marketing tool that allows you to keep those prospects warm.
Without further ado, here’s the recording to check it out yourself:
